My FH and I are having a destination elopement in a forest, and our photographer recommends a 3 hour session. I’m wondering whether we should include pictures of us getting ready and pictures of the rings, dress on a hanger, etc. I won’t have a bridal party and I’m not doing hair and make up (at all) so there won’t be much to photograph. Our ceremony will only be 15 minutes long and we will have the rest of the time to take pictures. Are getting ready pictures worth it? I think it would be cute to have pictures of him lacing up my dress and me fixing his tie but I feel like those pictures could take place anywhere while the outdoor setting of our ceremony is pretty iconic and breathtaking. If we do decide on to take getting ready pictures, what is the groom’s equivalent of a floral bridal robe? I’m so lost with all of this.
